No Sodium Chocolate Cake!

Well, J-Bird is eight and he dictated the entire day! I do mean the entire day. It was quite impossible to do ANYthing without him deeming it was his birthday and we must allow him the first bite, the tv remote, the winnings on MC....whatever. I'm kinda glad the day is over....

Wichita Brother hooked him up with a
Boomerang and an air rocket! 

 He was super blessed to have so many family members willing to pay shipping. He got cards and money from other people, so the boy made out like a bandit. He was already on Amazon looking for things to buy. I told him to hold off as this was all the money he would have for another year! 

Thanks to Mimi & Papa they chipped into help us get the boys a 15 foot trampoline! I'm pretty stoked about that one myself. It should be a great way to exercise!

No sodium--from SCRATCH!

So, thanks to the Chemistry teacher in my
life she assured me this was sodium free!
We talked about the chemicals in it to make
it free of salt. Interesting! At SIX $$$$ a container
it should be free of everything. Shoot!

I'm hopeful to make more things from scratch. Tonight is pizza night, so I think I will venture to making my own salt-free pizza sauce and pizza dough. I'll let you know how that turns out....
